Therapy Services
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” who you are. It’s about understanding yourself more deeply, building on your strengths, and developing new ways to navigate challenges.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
I draw from several evidence-based approaches, including:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Person-Centered Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you, strengthen your existing resources, and create meaningful steps toward the life you want to build.

Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy at Stone & Sage Counseling provides a compassionate and collaborative space for children, teens, and adults to explore life’s challenges, strengthen their foundation, and cultivate meaningful growth. Drawing from evidence-based approaches and tailored to your unique needs, therapy can help you build self-understanding, develop effective coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more connected to your values and goals.
All services are offered virtually, allowing you to access support from wherever you are in Texas.
Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) is an evidence-based approach for young children (typically ages 2–7) and their caregivers that focuses on strengthening the parent-child relationship while addressing behavioral and emotional concerns. Through live coaching sessions, parents learn effective, research-supported strategies to foster connection, improve communication, and confidently navigate challenges. PCIT helps families build positive interactions, reduce disruptive behaviors, and create a more connected, supportive, and peaceful home environment.
